A quick session to touch base, review tools, and regain stability. Recommended to intersperse with longer sessions, or as a compliment to DBT group.
Standard Therapy Session

These are classic length sessions for learning wellness tools and working on lifestyle transformation. A great option for weekly, or every-other-week cadence.
Deep Dive Session

These are longer sessions intended for deep work. They work very well when processing trauma so that we have ample time to ease your system in and out of the experience. We can also accommodate a longer mindfulness practice, for those interested in meditation. Ideal for when we may go several weeks between meeting.

All insurance-based psychotherapy sessions are 55 minutes long.
