Dialectical Behavior Therapy Group
for Women

One of the most effective ways to truly integrate the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills is to commit to attending a weekly group. This is DBT as Marsha Linehan (the woman who developed it) intended. We’ll spend twenty weeks sharing, learning, and practicing each of the distinctive DBT modules - Distress Tolerance, Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness - so that you can feel equipped for whatever life tosses your way, while knowing your  DBT sisters have your back.
